CressCare Medical strives to be the leading experts in at home Sleep Apnea Therapy. We achieve this by developing new patient programs, keeping ahead of all new product selection and technology, internal quality assurance by tracking patient compliance, servicing an 18 county area in central Pennsylvania with several locations positioned to service all of our customers and much more. Patient compliance and follow-up:

  • Custom software tracks all patients follow-up and compliance
  • Initial follow-up performed by Respiratory Therapist within 24 to 48 hours after set up.

  • We have 8 licensed Respiratory Therapists that are specifically trained in Sleep Apnea.
  • All our staff are in serviced on the NEWEST TECHNOLOGY and PRODUCT SELECTION.
  • Our Customer Service Staff are in-serviced on a continuous basis so that they can address all your CPAP and BiPAP questions.
  • Our Respiratory Staff receive at minimum 20 CEU credits every 2 years.
  • CressCare Medical has a qualified staff of 30 individuals with an average of 8 years experience.

Customer Services

At CressCare Medical we feel you are the most important factor in our success.  We will do everything in our power to make sure you get the service you deserve.

Because our only focus is 100% Sleep Apnea we can provide our CPAP and BiPAP customers with our undivided attention.  We accept no less than 100% customer satisfaction.

We have one full time employee designated to follow up with you the entire time you are on CPAP or BiPAP Therapy.  After our Respiratory Therapist has made you feel comfortable with your CPAP, our CPAP Clinician will call you at 3 weeks, 2 months, and 6 months to make sure your Sleep Therapy is working for you.  It is important that we are PROACTIVE throughout your therapy.

Your physician will be informed of your progress though out the first 6 months. After the first 6 months of therapy we will continue to provide you with personalized caring service.  You will get a courtesy phone call every 6 months to make sure everything is working properly.

We continuously try to improve our services to you, and want your input.  Please contact us and give us your thoughts on how we can improve.
